So the basket and card is made using the envelope punch board. Both items are for my upcoming April class project. I love being able to show my customers all the different things they can make with the punch board other than envelopes. The tag is what I used to attach my flower too. The flower, oh yes, that wonderful little flower! Its created using the new Spiral Flower Die. It is the best thing since sliced bread!!! And I love bread!! It was so quick and easy to make that I created another to place on the belly band of my card wrap.
To make the card, here is what I did:
1. cut a piece of cardstock to measure 8" x 8"
2. with your envelope board, line one side up at the 3-1/2". Punch and score as you would if you were making an envelope. Don't forget that after you punch/score at the 3-1/2" mark the first time, no need to use that measurement anymore. Just use the score line tool on the board to line up with the first scored line and work your way around.
3. the card will measure 4-1/2" x 5-3/4" card when done. The layer inside is a 4-1/4" x 5-1/2" piece of whisper white.
I hope you have enjoyed my version of this cute little basket and how I used my flower to decorate it. Don't forget to leave some "love" before heading over to see the other projects from our design team members at Stylin' Stampin' INKspiration!
