A Bright & Beautiful Birthday w/ HSS 182

Its Friday, Friday, Friday!  I am so ready for this weekend too.  Even though its been a pretty quiet week with very few kids, its something about a Friday that just makes me want to relax.  Maybe its because its payday, or maybe its knowing that I don't have to fix dinner cause its eat out night, or maybe cause I just love the weekend and I can sleep in late.  Whatever the reason...I Love It and I'm ready for it so bring it on!!!!!

Ok, now back on track.  Todays card is the for fun sketch challenge over at Hand Stamped Sentiments.  I almost didn't make it in time.  I kept getting involved in other projects and almost forgot, whoops!!

I couldn't decide quiet what I wanted to do with this sketch.  It was a simple one and not sure why I made it so difficult on my.  I decided to turn it into a Birthday card.  You can never have to many of those on hand cause there's always gonna be one that sneaks up on you at the last minute.  I also wanted to get in some more use with one of the DSP packs before it retires.  I really like this pack cause it has bright bold colors and patterns that can be used in many different ways.  I like how with certain paper packs, you can create a nice card without really any stamping.  I just let the paper do all the talking!

On the inside, I wanted to add some of the bright colors and patterns, so I added a few banners down the side.  I didn't stamp a sentiment, as I will hand write my birthday message later.

I hope you have enjoyed my birthday card for this sketch challenge.  Don't forget to leave some "love"!
