Mirror Image Technique
It must have been one good cup of coffee I had today, cause I am on a role with trying new things! Well again, I have always wanted to try the mirror image technique but was afraid to, cause with me, who knows how it will turn out sometimes! I used my SU! Lovely as a Tree stamp set. I used so saffron ink at the bottom of the tree line, perfect plum next to that and then bashful blue at the top for a light sky. At the bottom, I used pacific point lightly for the water reflection. Well here, just click on the title of this card and it will take you right to where you can learn how to do this technique. Another card my husband will love-I just might get to get him to unload the dishwasher over this one! Another card creation I hope you all enjoy!!

Sweet Sketch Wednesday 54
Ok, for this card sketch, I wanted to make a halloween card (it's my favorite holiday next to christmas of course!) I layered with crushed curry as the base card color, then its celery green, and a cute spooky eye sheet that I found at Michaels, I also used pumpkin pie and whisper white, oh and black too. To make the mummy, i just ripped strips of white and inked around them and then just taped them down in layers on a base sheet of white. To cut the eyes I used my CM small oval pattern. Hope you enjoy, cause I really loved making this card!!! Happy Halloween:)

This is my first card posted to my blog. I am still learning how to add things to my site. This is a Father's Day card that I made for my Dad. I used the oak tree stamp from the Lovely as a Tree set from Stampin Up! I also heat embossed it in metalic black to make it stand out. Hope you enjoy!
