Wedding Gift Bag!

Good morning crafters!  Thanks for joining me here today while I'm creating over Stylin' Stampin' INKspiration.  Today we are sharing fun creative projects using any of the three punch boards from Stampin' Up!

My niece got married just this past weekend so I needed a small gift bag to put her gift inside.  Yes, small, cause she got $$ to put towards getting them a washer/dryer set for their new home.  I created this gift bag using the all new Gift Bag Punch Board from Stampin'.  It can create three different sizes but in any height from 4-12 in.  I also tried to decorate the outside the go along with her card using the Kinda Eclectic stamp set.  You can click here to go see it!

Supplies Used
Cardstock ~ crumb cake, whisper white, vellum
Stamp set ~ kinda eclectic, for the new two
Ink ~ pool party, basic black, crumb cake
Misc. ~ burlap ribbon, rhinestones, flower from the petite punch set, butterfly punches, paper doily, natural twine, venetian crochet trim

I hope you have enjoyed my gift bag.  Leave some "love" and go see which punch board the other designers used and what they created with it.

Butterflies and Lace FM210

Good Friday morning you crafty bloggers!  Today is that special day we all love and look forward too!  It's FRIDAY!!!!  And what better day to have an all new challenge at The Friday Mashup!
Its my design week to create the challenge for you, hope you love it as much as I do and you'll come get crafty with me!

This week's Mashup! Challenge is:
  • Create a project with "Butterflies".
  • Create a project using "Lace on it".
  • or Mash it Up! and create a project using "Butterflies and Lace".

My niece is getting married in a couple of weeks and I have been asked to make some wedding cards for a couple of our family members.  I just love how simple this one is but how beautiful it looks with the butterfly and lace trim.  If you look closely, you'll see that I am using one of the new Stampin' Up! 2015 In Colors.....Cucumber Crush!  Its such a wonderful Spring/Summer green.  I have a feeling its gonna become my favorite green.  I also am using the new cucumber crush sheer lace trim and wrapped it around a piece of burlap ribbon.

Supplies Used
Cardstock ~ tip top taupe, very vanilla, cucumber crush
Ink ~ tip top taupe, cucumber crush
Stamp sets ~ for the new two and something lacy
Misc. ~ cucumber crush sheer lace trim, apothecary accents framelit set, basic pearls, burlap ribbon, natural twine, butterfly basics framelit set

Now that you've seen my challenge card, leave some "love" and go check out what our other designers created for my challenge this week.  Don't forget to pull out those craft supplies and get crafty with us!

A Lacy "I Do" at SSINK

Good morning and thanks for stopping by.  Today I am over at Stylin Stampin INKspiration where we are sharing all things wedding.  In just a few weeks my one and only niece will be getting married and this card is for her and her new husband.  Hard to believe she is that old already.  Time goes by so fast.

For my card I used two of the soon to leave us stamp sets from the Stanpin' Up! Spring Occasions Mini Catalog.  It will be so sad to see these two wonderful sets go, but these will be two that won't leave my stamp shelf!

Supplies Used
Cardstock ~ coastal cabana, crumb cake, whisper white, vellum
Ink ~ basic black, coastal cabana
Stamp sets ~ For the new two, kinda eclectic and something lacy
Misc. ~ butterfly punches, basic rhinestones, white silk twine, mini petal punch, white heart paperclip

I hope you have enjoyed my wedding card today.  Leave some "love" and head on over to see what the other designers created!
