A Six Sided Mother's Day!

Good morning and thanks for stopping by.  Today over at Stylin' Stampin' INKspiration, we are showing off our Mother's Day creations.

Erica Bass, a fellow designer with SSInk, created a card last week using the Six Sided Sampler stamp set.  One of my favorite sets, yet for some reason, don't use it much.  Well not anymore, she INKspired me to break it out and put it to work.

I used the now retiring (cry, sniff, sniff!) picnic parade DSP and even pulled the colors of crushed curry, wisteria wonder and coastal cabana to stamp my hexagon pattern with.  I added some solid colored banners down the side and pulled (well tied) it all together with matching wisteria wonder chevron ribbon (boy am I so happy this ribbon didn't leave is...smile!) and a cute little button with some twine.

For the inside, I added a simple DSP layer with coastal cabana and one crushed curry stamped hexagon.

Supplies Used
Cardstock ~ very vanilla, wisteria wonder, coastal cabana, crushed curry
Ink ~ crushed curry, wisteria wonder, coastal cabana, soft suede
Stamp Sets ~ six sided sampler and teeny tiny wishes
DSP ~ picnic parade
Misc. ~ basic pearls, hexagon punch, natural twine, subtle buttons, wisteria wonder chevron ribbon

Thanks for stopping by.  Leave some "love" and head over to our main blog to see what the other gals created for Mother's Day!
